You also hereby represent that you have fully declared any medical or physical condition, or other impediment which Fox should be aware of prior to the beginning of the session or coaching programme, and you declare that you have NOT been instructed by a doctor not to take part in these cycling sessions or similar activity, or coaching sessions.

A Cycletots membership offers 4 x 45 min sessions per month. You don’t receive a refund or the chance to claim an extra session at a later date if the session is not used. Sessions are non transferable.
A Cyclekids one to one session offers up to 3 x one hour sessions or fewer sessions whenever the child has learnt to pedal. There is no time limit to use remaining sessions if they are required. A session will not be refunded if a rider fails to cancel their class more than 24 hours before class start time. A session will be lost if the customer is more than 15 mins late to any of the up to three sessions.
Bookings are for a specific course date. You will select your course date at checkout. You may postpone your course date and choose another date, provided that you are doing so more than 48 hours prior to the start of your originally booked course.
We advise you to make sure you note dates correctly – bookings are not transferable between course dates if you fail to attend. We do not refund if you fail to turn up or cancel within 3 weeks of the course date.
Regarding online courses – due to the intellectual property nature of our online courses, we do not offer refunds once course material/links to the course have been sent to you.
